Refund policy

At Nubra Coffee Roasters, we work with freshly roasted coffee, which is a perishable product. For this reason, once an order has been delivered, returns and refunds are not possible, as we cannot guarantee that the product will retain its original freshness.

If an error in the order is the responsibility of Nubra Coffee Roasters, we will arrange either a replacement or the corresponding refund. To do so, the customer must provide clear photographs of the shipping label, packaging, and the items received, showing the issue.

If no defect or mistake in the order can be demonstrated, the return will not be processed.
