This coffee is shaped by the influence of Tatamá National Natural Park, which acts as a climate regulator: the cold winds coming down from the páramo meet the warm sun on the hillsides, creating a wide swing between day and night temperatures.

It's a joint effort with local growers under the technical guidance of Agrotatamá, with standardized picking and processing. The result is a balanced, clean cup with a lingering sweetness.

Santuario is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape.
