This project was born from the desire to share our vision about specialty coffee and close the circle.

With years of experience behind the bar and after tasting coffees from many roasters, the idea arose to create our own project and thus close the circle.

We started with a small sample roaster and a limited menu. Today, we have a small shop in the Literary Quarter of Madrid, where we roast and serve our coffee, bringing our philosophy to you in every cup.
