About the producer:

Fazenda Guariroba is a century-old farm run by Gabriel Lamounier and his wife, Eliza, internationally recognised for its specialty coffees.

In 2016, after taking first place in the naturals category of the Cup of Excellence, they decided to go all in on the farm: bringing a scientific approach to cultivation and developing controlled fermentations with native microorganisms from their own coffee trees.

Since then they have controlled every stage of the process to draw out the full potential of each variety and of their terroir. Today they grow more than ten varieties, work with technologies such as bioreactors, and share what they learn with other producers in the region.
