Producer information:

Luis Victor Chevas founded the first coffee farm in Boquete in 1970 to produce onions and potatoes on a large scale (he became the largest onion producer at the time).

Over the years, it expanded to three regions in Boquete, ensuring it had soils rich in organic nutrients and a good microclimate.

It wasn't until 1996 that they started working with coffee.

In 2020, Jose Luis Chevas took over and, together with Adrián Villareal, founded CHEVAS COFFEE ESTATE, an experimental coffee farm born with the idea of ​​innovating in coffee processes using yeasts, bacteria, and enzymes in fermentation to enhance its main attributes.
