Finca Las Flores is a family farm dedicated to coffee for over 30 years. Founded by Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure, it began with just 16 hectares of land. After Nubia's death in 2012, her sons Johan and Diego took over, incorporating innovation in both the cultivation and processing of specialty coffees.

Currently, the estate produces exceptional varieties such as Tabi, Red Bourbon, Java, Maracaturra, Rosé Bourbon, Gesha, and Caturra Chiroso. Diego oversees production, fermentation, and drying, while Johan leads experimentation with processes and fermentations to develop unique profiles.
