Huver, a former math teacher and third-generation farmer, grows coffee with his father at Finca El Paseo , located between 1,750 and 1,950 meters above sea level in the mountains of Buesaco, Nariño .

Their Rocket Flower coffee is made from the Caturra variety , with an innovative process that includes 36-hour pre-fermentation , 6-day anaerobic fermentation in steel tanks and controlled low-temperature drying , followed by a 15-day stabilization.

The result is a complex and elegant coffee, with notes of lemongrass, citrus, coffee flower, cocoa and sweet floral aromas .
