Iván Solis , with years of experience and multiple Cup of Excellence awards, is recognized for his meticulous work in drying and post-harvest. Since 2018, he has led a completely family-run operation with his wife, Leandra Cordero , and their children, also committed to supporting small Costa Rican producers.

On their farms, they have developed extended fermentations from 48 to 144 hours. In 2024, Iván earned 1st place in the Experimental category and 16th place in the Honey & Natural Traditional category of the Cup of Excellence .

This lot comes from Finca Voo, one of its most renowned estates in Tarrazú, and features a vibrant profile with notes reminiscent of raspberry, peach, and caramel.
