Producer information:
This Murago Tuke lot is produced by Tamiru Tadesse in the Bensa region of Sidama and represents yet another example of his ongoing commitment to expressive, high-quality coffees. Through his Alo Coffee project, Tamiru works closely with small local producers, focusing on traceability, precise processing, and the development of distinctive cup profiles.
The coffee is processed using a natural method , allowing the cherries to dry slowly to enhance the transfer of sugars and aromatic compounds to the bean. This method highlights the fruity and vibrant character of Alo's terroir, resulting in a lively and juicy cup.
In the cup, this lot stands out for its distinctly fruity profile, with sweet and delicate notes of strawberry, vanilla, and peach , accompanied by bright acidity and a silky texture. Murago Tuke reflects both the richness of the Sidama environment and Tamiru Tadesse's vision of producing coffees that combine aromatic intensity, balance, and elegance.
