Linda Vista comes from two neighboring farms in Las Manos, Dipilto, Nueva Segovia: Santa Isabel, with more than 70 years of tradition at 1,220 m above sea level, and Mirjam, acquired in 2025 at 1,252 m. Caturra, catuaí, parainema, and catimor are grown on 18 hectares under various shade trees, while 15 hectares of virgin forest remain protected.

The harvest, led by a permanent team of 12 people, yields approximately 200 quintals of parchment per season. The cherries are hand-selected, floated, and processed according to strict protocols: in Santa Isabel using traditional washing, and in Mirjam at Finca Bethania using washed, honey, natural, and anaerobic processes. All the parchment is packaged in Cafetos de Segovia for grading and export.

Management includes mixed fertilization, pruning, integrated pest control, and responsible water use. Despite climatic challenges—irregular flowering at Santa Isabel and erratic rainfall at Mirjam—both farms produce high-quality, traceable shade-grown coffee that balances family tradition with modern practices.
