This coffee comes from Kotowa Silvia Marina, a Kotowa Farms farm located in the El Salto region of Boquete.

Acquired in 2017, Silvia Marina marked the beginning of an ambitious environmental regeneration project. For seven years, producer Ricardo Koyner implemented regenerative agriculture techniques to restore soil life and biodiversity to land that had been intensively cultivated with onions and potatoes.

Native shade trees were reintroduced, soil moisture was restored, and wildlife gradually returned: birds began to nest again, and the farm flourished once more. In 2024, the first coffee blossoms were seen, and in 2025, the first full harvest arrived, a symbol of the rebirth of this land.

Named after Ricardo's mother, Silvia Marina, who cared for the family estate after his father's death, this estate represents the union of legacy, sustainability, and excellence. Today, its Geisha lots, such as 3350-T2, stand out for their aromatic elegance and complexity, offering a vibrant cup with floral and fruity notes that express the purity of Boquete's terroir.
